2. Agree to accept the PHRF assigned by the PSC Fleet Captain or the PSC PHRF handicap representative.

The marks shall be sailed to and properly rounded in the same succession as shown on the committee boat. All marks will be honored to port.
REGISTRATION:
THE START:
The starting line will be between a staff displaying a blue RC flag on the race committee boat and a nearby club mark or navigational marker.
RECALLS:
The committee boat will attempt to notify individual premature starters by hailing her by name or sail number.
Two sound signals after the start will indicate a general recall. When a general recall has been signaled, the starting sequence will be re-started at the 5 minute warning signal.

PROTESTS:
Verbal notice of intent to protest must be given to the race committee immediately upon completion of the race. Protests must be filed in writing with the FLEET CAPTAIN or his representative, no later than two hours after the committee boat docks.
Protests will be heard on the committee boat, at the dock immediately after the race. The race committee, composed of the fleet captain and other individuals chosen by the fleet captain will comprise the protest committee and its decision will be final in accordance with racing rule 1.5.
SCORING:
Corrected times will be determined using the NC-PHRF rating as follows:
PENALITY TURNS: The 720 degree turns penalty, Appendix B1 of the racing rules, will apply.
AWARDS: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places will be awarded.
